I as a teacher always believe in the philosophy of never lose your patience, strength and confidence. Always be positive and show the loving attitude towards each and every student. I always try to give my best through continuous efforts. Learning new things has always been in my blood. A teacher should be ever smiling which makes the environment suitable for learning and I strongly follow this. This is the reason some of the students call me the ever smiling teacher.
With a career span of more than 16 years teaching Mathematics to secondary and senior secondary school students, I have learnt innovative teaching techniques and ways to engage with the students to inspire them to do well in Maths.
I have Bachelor’s as well as Master’s Degree in Science from Maharani College, Raja University, M.Phil from Rajasthan University and B.Ed from S.D.P.S. Women’s College.
Do you find Maths very difficult to learn? There are many students who have difficulty in learning Maths and eventually the difficulty gets converted into a kind of fear. This fear has not developed overnight.This is a gradual behavioral change that has happened over a course of time.
Have you ever thought of what makes students get into such situation? The most significant reason behind this is the teaching techniques and the way of dealing with such students fearing Maths. Maths is not about mugging things but it is about playing with formulas, equations and manipulate it under certain mathematical rules.
At NMA, we are aware of the fact that students are generally of different mindset and skills and to deal with them a teacher must have the innovative teaching techniques which allow students to learn things in ways which suit their mindset and interest.

I am absolutely convinced that Maths needs practice and guidance also. With Nitika Ma’am I am fully satisfied that students get personal attention as well as good guidance to perform well in their exams and get good knowledge about the subject.
